I understand that there is no charge to register as a Verified Buyer/Seller. Stratos requires a valid credit card on file to register as an auction participant. Stratos will only authorize that your card is valid. Upon bidding on any vehicle, a 5% hold of that bid amount will be authorized on the credit card on file in order to secure bidding placement.
